As a LMT and positive, my experience is that stress is not only a matter of Homeostasis imblance in the general public, but can become determinantal to those living with HIV/AIDS. Massage Meditation, Autogenic modalities, Imagery, Breathing techniques, Nutrition, Lifestyle changes, Stretching, Excersise, Sprituality, Social avenues, and a number of other influences are all parts of a Wholistic approach in the reduction of stress and the bodies re-establishment of one's homestasis.
