I have chronic sinusitis and its miserable.'But now with the change of seasons,I find that I get these awful headaches on my forehead and in the back of my head and neck I have some artritis in my neck which doesn;t help.I have been using a heating pad which helps but only temporarily.I can't use over the counter meds due to a spastic colon problem Wwould appreciate any feedback Barry zimmerman.

Neti pots are good, but if you are very congested, the gravity force won't let it flow. NeilMed makes a volume sinus rinse that is available at most drugstores and comes with premeasured Ph buffered saline packets. It's GREAT.. and easier since it's a squeeze bottle. Nothing like freshly cleaned sinuses to go out into the world. And cleaning before bed helps keep your throat clear and happy at night.

Keith - Just type "Neti pot" into google and you'll get a list of a number of online retailers who sell them.

Have been successfully using Dr. Neil's Sinus Rinse with the little blue pitcher. First thing in the morning works best for me. Highly recommend the saline nasal irrigation method.
