HIV Therapy Decreases Bone Fracture Risk, Compared With Those Not on Treatment

I just battled with my Dr to stop Truvada. Most recent dexa scan put me at high risk for bone fracture after 2 years of being on fosamax. I'm on a salvage regime of Prezistsa, Norvir, Intellance, Issentress and (was) Truvada. All these studies are so conflicting. I don't want to end up without any bones and living in a nursing home. I would rather stop all my meds. My internist prescibed a yearly infused med for bone density. No common risk factors for low BMD except low weight.
