I am on Ryan White and ADAP ( again, unemployed). The care I am now getting at the health dept. is not what I received when I could choose my own doctor. When I mention cancer screenings, they seem to give passive nod. I want to be screened. Will this information be acted upon with vigor for persons in my economic group? Will the new heath care reform allow me to get better care? Where/what should I do? HELP!

Articles like this one really freaks me out! I had two t-cells when diagnosed in 1990" I had stage one anal cancer in 03, my t-cells stay around 440" I am legally blind from CMV Retinitis, which happened in 1996. In February of this year I had to have a complete hip replacement The Orthopediac Surgeon said it was the Radiation, my infectious Disease Doc said it happens to some HIV patients (who knows) I keep thinking what's next? I honestly don't know how much more I can take! I'm so depressed!
