If we could ensure that everyone in the country would receive treatment including prescriptions and regular doctor care and safeguards against discrimination perhaps we could test everyone in the country and this would quickly cease to be such a rampant disease but the hopes of this are pretty bleak with the blame the victim mentality and the lack of political will to ensure everyone has medical care in this country
