How do these studies take into consideration the side-effects of ARV medications and their influence on cognitive impairment? For example; if a person is unable to sleep well because of Sustiva dreams, the lack of deep rest will impact cognitive functioning.

Um, yeah, okay but what are we doing about it exactly? They keep talking about HIV dementia, but I see only 1 clinical trial on clinicaltrials.gov. They are not even looking for a treatment or a preventative.
