Very good that someone is tackling this issue before it becomes a nightmare for some Hiv + people and maybe not know it. but if they do know it they should play safe and tell before kiss and tell and other things. I haven't had sex since 14 years ago when I found out. I find that once they know how bad I had it in the first. May hve a factor in this and I just really don't have any desire to have sex anymore. Very depressing to have waisting issues to top it all off.

Yes, something needs to do something to combat the ignorance that is putting young men in prison for a long time even though transmission of the virus did not take place. "a loaded weapon"? Having sex with someone no matter how safe it was and still putting them in prison? I have already stated, "they will have to kill me first" before I go to prison for a "crime" based on total ignorance and fear AND hate. The people bringing these cases have a lot to answer for ...
