Enough guys, doctors, parmacologists, politicians. Let's find a cure NOW. When the Polio vaccine was discovered, it was given away for free, let's have a heart and do the right thing! One of the highest risks we run is to do nothing here in USA. Wait until Korea, Brazil, France or the UK develop THE CURE FOR HIV and then THEY WILL SELL IT TO US and we'll have to buy it from them. The same goes foe Stem Cell research and other important cures whose studies sit in some obscure shelf gathering dust

Hi we could do something...we have to organize and give money to the researchers in order to catalyze the new promising therapies.. wach the work of abzyme form Professor Sudhir and the work of prof Loyter with the mix. They are the only one who have succeded in controling and erradicatins HIV but they need dollars and the big pharma...we are the only interested..we do not have much time. I know this could be sometimes dispointig, but what the HIV comunity have done?

I would most definetly sign up for a promising cure study!...It is beneficial to me is not the point...if I could help the millions if could help...I would be more than willing! I've lived my whole adult life with this pest! If I die trying to help others, I would rest knowing my life was not in vain!

I am a little confused that we in the HIV community thinks a cure needs to be dangerous and toxic, "where did we as a community get this thought?" My hope is that it will be simple and natural. If we look at some of the history in science mold brought us penicillin and so on. Has anyone heard more about the Goat Serum and is NIH doing any leadership in this direction or waiting for the Drug Companies to bring a business plan forward with a check. Check out UTube, Cure for AIDS, Goat Serum.

I would be willing to risk it for a chance to live without HIV. Living with HIV,whether undetectable or not, is living with a time bomb inside your body, you have to deal with everyday, it structures your life, conditions your choices and limits your opportunities professional and romantic. Given the choice of living another 20 years in that context versus the chance of those 20 years free from these burdens, is well worth the risk of dying in the process of trying to be free.

I have been HIV+ for about 20yrs and for about 18 of them on an ARV treatment. I have had to deal with the side effects of the drugs so to do this study is something I would personally participate in. I am so tired of all the pills and the side affects that accompany them. If there was a way that I could help with research to help others as well as myself, then I think I should have that right. The pharmaceutical companies are geting mega rich by not wanting to get rid of aids altogether.
