Should the question also be asked, does Depression be associated with failing of service delivery of HIV through treatment and support, thus making peoples lives, situation worse than they should be and therefore could add the needs od being depressed?

I do find that hard to beleive given that in the UK 60% of people affected with HIV are Men and 40% Women/Child, on what figures are these based?
