Weird study, people know they are at high risk, compulsively testing, it's 2004 n HIV is totally avoidable-who are the counselors? They may have better outcome w/hiv but r they the smart patients? Smart enough to test a lot but not to protect themselves n others? Why are they testing all the time? No need to be testing if you are using condoms and safe sex in 2004, its not 1983 when HIV was unknown to most. Who cares if they do better, they are smart enough to stay healthy! U don't want HIV!
