I have Hep C and in 2006 a biopsy revealed that I had inflammation and fatty tissue. Since that time I've become nuts about coffee and drink at least 3 cups a day. My September 2009 biopsy results, "are not indicative of someone living with Hep C"according to the pathology report. I also eat dark chocolate every day. I don't know if these two helped my liver, but certainly did contribute to my happiness.

As a coffee drink, we are always looking for good news associated with coffee consumption. I think this must be one of the best health claims regarding Java, that I have heard so far. Put honey in it, instead of sugar....and real cream, instead of the chemical additives passing as creamers. And we might be able to call it 'healthy'!
