Hep C Now Trumps HIV as Cause of Death in U.S.

This is an interesting article, some points in which I used in an article to "Slate" online newspaper readers about the criminalization of HIV. The vehemence of the readers in punishing HIV+ people of sex crimes to long terms in prison was astonishing. I asked why then did we not do the same for people who knew they were positive for HBV, HCV, HPV but still had sex with other people. The general reaction was " Kill the sob who has HIV" and forget about the other infections that kill far more.

Because, nvhorseman, they've been fed terrifying information for years and it's very hard to give up biases, especially when someone is pointing out the flaw in your logic like that, lol
