I am a Triple infected Patient with HIV, HepC, and HepB. I have been infected for about 25 years now. Im about to start INCIVEK. Having problems with the financing, but im looking forward to the possibility of having one of these buggers off my back. I also enjoy being on the Cutting edge of Medical Technology. I am a little concerned about being taken off my norivr.(seems to be some contradiction in this area)I have a few Mutations in my virus from taking other previous HIV meds....

This is all well and good and for people in immediate need, necessary to have some general, if vague guidelines. But really--after ALL these years, getting RID of peg-ifn (and maybe ribavirin) could make life better for millions of us living with Hep C (and most probably also HIV co-infected individuals). It is taking absurdly long, due largely to Chiron's outrageous licensing fees for early discovery...and it will only be compounded by the ransom pricing being proposed for new drugs.
