Hello I feel and ways are tired and feeling like tht I didn't want to do anything !! I'm living with Hiv for 20 years but I'm also have diabetes and stage 2 liver diease from Hepatatis so only way is I forced myself to get off bed and go outside!! And Smell fresh air!!!!!!that's what I do!!
