Raltegravir+Truvada makes a great startup combo...and is both NNRTI and PPI conserving, and dropouts due to side effects are less likely than with Efavirenz or PI based first Rx choices.. The big question is whether durability with RTG is going to be as good as NNRTI based combos have proved to be.

This is great news! I have switched to Isentress from Sustiva and I can tell you that it is has given me my life back! I suggest people ask their doctor if they are having side effects from their meds!
