I just switched yesterday from kaletra to isentress because of high colesterol and hope for the best but this is quite discouraging news

After being on Kaletra (with 2 other Hiv meds for about 4 years, I switched to Isentress (with the same 2 other meds)2 years ago. My cholesterol and triglycerides went down a lot, my Tcells went up, my viral load remained undetectable, but best of all my diarrhea stopped. Hands down, Isentress is better!!
