I've been on once daily dosing of Kaletra with epivir and viread for over 6 years and have experienced few side effects, almost constant undetectable viral load and consistent adherence. I take all my meds at night right before bedtime and have found that diarrhea is minimized. Ask your Doctor. It works for me.
