But, Nick44, you are still doing your bit to not get heart disease by your exercising and your good diet. That will surely be helping you to reduce your risk of heart disease. Remember that some of it is genetically linked anyway. Don't be disppondent.

I don't smoke, I rarely drink alcohol, I never use drugs, I watch my diet, and I walk two miles a day on my treadmill. And this isn't enough all because of HIV and the HIV medications? We desperately need a CURE today, not a decade from now!
