I was seen at a clinic at the UCLA campus in 1979-80. I cannot remember the name of the doctor but I was examined and they drew blood. I would like to be reconnected to this study--could you please send on their email address of which I cannot seem to locate on this site. No, I do not have dementia--smile Thanking you in advance. When I joined the study 25 years ago I was told it would be a 3 year study. Little did I think that 25 years later I would still be part of it! I am proud that in joing this study I have been able to contribute, in some small way, to the advancement of understanding, treating and hopefully soon conquering this desease. The staff at the UCLA site has been a major reason that I have returned year after year. I want to thank them for that.

i never thought this organization has the same age of my infection. many things has happened since 1984 since those people devoted their lives helping the world. i completed my education, and still standing in good health God bless them
