Well in my opinion they feel they are having safe sex and they do not know they are POZ because testing is taboo in our country let alone having HIV. You walk into a ER and you have to ask to be tested for HIV(even in your own doctor's office)It is not a standard test like sugar/ illegal drugs/TB/Hepatitis etc. Our govenment should make it a frederal law tha all ER's have to test for HIV! This is 2009 not 1989!
