Its nothing like that, i moved to different country, I practice my Yofa , and do regular workout [just jogging , few pushups and squatting, ] and my health is improving,, its just in the mind,, have good willpower, do yoga, increase flexibility and strengthen your muscles bu light work out and take your meds REGULARLY, QUIT SMOKING, BOOZE AND DRUGS, I bet you ll live better life then ppl having Blood pressure or diabetes... All the best

This article holds truth to my situation. I was renting in San Francisco a lovely rent control apartment until we were told to vacant. This news devastating me. My support team and healthcare here in San Francisco is priceless. I had to make a difficult decision to stay and pay higher rent or buy,, or try to live near the people i love most. it was a tough decision because i love my dear friends who are family to me. I lucked out and got to remain in SF..my health paid the price during my search
