U=U, but not in South Africa? U=U and the article stated that the percentage of women on ARV doubled from 25% to 50%. Further, the article states, "In 2017, 45% of women with the virus had a fully suppressed viral load." However, the push to needlessly circumcise continues. Despite the fact that U=U, and getting women's viral load to undetectable is the main force driving the decrease in infection, the circumcision industry makes too much money on needless MALE GENITAL MUTILATION.
