How does the VACS index differ from the data obtained via CBC/Hematology labs?

I agree CD4s, Viral Load Not Enough to Predict Survival During HIV Treatment & we also needed drugs sensitives tests (DST) because PLHIV also face HIV/TB treatment & diagnostics & more then 60% PLHIV die due to TB-MDR-XDR treatment failures...we PLHIV needed freely latest testing & treatment of HIV/TB & DST & Basic tests
