Good luck convincing the vocal conservatives that there is a need for real education and when it needs to start. Sorry but as a whole the USA is sexually dysfunctional, beliveing that noneducation prevents children from predation as well as underage activity. We used to have a gradation of activity and risk but even those are gone for those of us that are experienced reguarding prevention.

The problem as I see it is that we say anal sex is okay, but use a condom. It's the wrong approach and has been for the past 30 years. Condoms aren't used all of the time and never will be. All of the statistics show gay men have a higher percentage of AIDS cases than straight people, but are the minority population. We have to start telling young men that you don't have to have anal sex, period. It's not what being a gay man is all about.
