How damn stupid! What the hell does his view on homosexuality have to do with his knowledge of how to stop the oil spill? PC gone wrong again! We are on a dangerous course when we are punishing people for their words. Are we going to start book burnings next? You think it is great running him out for his views on HIV, but you would call it discrimination if you were ran out for yours!
"...These people died so the sodomites could feel good about themselves." so "drug users and sodomites" decided for themselves to give HIV to other straight people so they would die making the "drug users and sodomites" can feel good because these other people got sick and possibly died? This is a pretty stupid statement from someone who is supposedly smart. 'You're Fired'"
I'm torn between satisfaction that the expression of views like these have attracted a penalty and concern that badly-needed expertise is lost to the disaster management effort.
