I received word today that the police will be issuing an arrest warrant (Criminal Transmission of HIV) for the guy who gave HIV to me. They told me that all of my practices and preferences will be made public knowledge. I weighed the cost against the cost of remaining silent, and my pain is not worth one more life being destroyed by this person. He faces 25 years. I must now tell my children, my family and my employer so that they hear it from me and not the media. God willing, I will survive!
I love POZ. I must say I am a bit miffed I guess, that these criminal cases are the only thing that seems to get highlighted or discussed when it comes to the smaller and or less prevelance states. Idaho is making progress but we have alot to do to help people with HIV in Idaho. How can we expect our local media to cover HIV & AIDS any differently when we cannot get HIV and AIDS media to cover it. We could benefit from connecting with others. POZ, we need you and your audiences help to change.

If I was the attoney for this man I would wonder if the Term HIV is really a virus. I am not an AIDS denelist, however the science is showing no proof of this virus, just markers of proteins and a scheme of non-scientific treatment. So how can someone give a virus that has not been proven or verified as a virus. Is AIDS caused by a virus or an Auto Immune Syndum, or Parisites, Bacteria, Where is the Truth in the man made word called AIDS and more so HIV. Come on Poz lets get to the truth
