Cutting a funding program that is saving lives is not worth speculation of funding. People (pozs & non pozs) need health guarantees not financial gambling.

THIS IS BAD POLICY. CUT SALARIES THAT ARE BLOATED.

We have to be careful not to panic. Normally I would have dread fall over me as cuts in ADAP normally meant lives will be lost. However, with the Affordable Healthcare Act, I am sure there is a program that would step in and take over ADAP's role. I know in Indiana, the Ind State Dept of Health has been working for months with what will be the new Health Care Exchanges under the AHA. I am sure ADAP is being addressed.
