A state judicial panel has accused Isaac H. Stoltzfus, 58, adistrict judge in Intercourse, Pennsylvania, of violating standards of conduct in2010 when he handed women acorns that had been hollowed out and stuffed withcondoms, LancasterOnline.com reports. The complaint, filed before the stateCourt of Judicial Discipline, means that Stolzfus will be tried and, if foundguilty, could be stripped of his seat on the local bench because of whatauthorities describe as “bizarre” behavior. Stoltzfus told police thecondom-filled acorns were a joke. He is still serving as a district judge.
