His life style is not enough for Political action.
Who loves the good old USA
I was engaged to a legal Mexican here. I was molested as and bullied in as a kid. This is full of propaganda. He is not a refugee. He didnt seek political asylum or fleeing a country of war. Gays here in the dont seek asylum as 'refugees'. If u break the law u take a chance. Why couldn't he move and start a life as we do? Why not come legally. Many do. The US allows 1million people in a year legally to control the burden on the economy. We cant save everyone with harming some in the US.
Wow. What a bittersweet story...SWEET because justice and what is right (finally!) prevailed...BITTER in that this whole scenario had to be played-out. Is it me or is our judicial system an actual failure with a constant questioning of it's efficacy, often-time resulting in the need for repair and restoration?!? I hate to say it but my beacon of optimism grows darker and darker each day. Wow
What a horrific...and wonderful...story. As much as our faith in socdietal structures gets challenged and even "kicked in the nuts," sometimes awful situations get righted and justice (and love) prevail.
