Why, oh why is the court system tied up with cases like this. This man could not have realistically exposed this kid to HIV. Prosecutors who choose to pursue such cases are only after headlines and I hate to say it, in Kansas this works well on such an uneducated electorate. Make no mistake, this isn't about public safety.
