HIV Meds Can Cause Cumulative Reduction in Kidney Function

Don't expect the standard kidney function tests to catch it either. They are not sensitive enough and most providers that I've encountered are oblivious to this fact.

Why didn't the Gilead explain more about this to us! I've spent Thanksgiving week in the hospital with Severe Kidney Failure not to mention Xmas and New Years Eve. I haven't been able to work because of the pain and my DRs lied and said it'll reverse and I'll heal but everything I read suggests the opposite of that. I've all but lost my job and had to surrender my car today. These meds where supposed to keep me alive and healthy not in extreme pain and with more health problems!!!
