I find it disturbing that people blame others because they weren't responsible and leaving their health to chance. He didn't protect himself, and wanted to be malicious instead of forgiving. I don't like seeing the positive community being so vicious to one another.

When are we going to STOP this type of discrimination? People will not get tested for fear of imprisonment for " nondisclosure ". Where is the evidence, why are jealous disgruntled ex boyfriends using HIV as a means to punish their exs and WHY are we still allowing it?!?!

If you are an adult, you know what you are getting into when you have unsafe sex. It does not matter if you are in love and you partner states he is not infected. Ignorance of a law will not help you in court; so why should ignorance of staying safe give you the right to prosecute someone else? If you choose to make your be without a condom, you should be man enough to know the risk you take you may become infected. Everyone needs to stop blaming others and take a good look in the mirror.
