To TG Atlanta, While I know you are trying to raise the issue of how HIV is not addressed on the poor, not everyone in ATL are rich nor poor. I am a 20+ survivor & have been without insurance, but even on state aid i still had access to these types of treatments. POZ has done a great job of trying to raise issues and educate everyone so they can find away to get these types of treatments. Even if they write the drug manufacturers for help. Help is there for anyone who seeks it.
always posting information that only helps the above poverty level poz peeps, you should say for people who can afford this. Not for the poverty stricken southern rural peeps. 30 yrs poz has earned me the write to my opinion. Poz is out've touch with the people.
the faces of AIDS are the ones I see that sickly an wasting that are poor an make up the majority of the 4000 patients at the IDP Atlanta GA this is a real view of AIDS not the fantasy world were your rich friends can afford lipo treatments an then used to glorify HIV on POZ.COM were do you go to see the real FACES of AIDS in a RICH neighborhood? Your view is unrealistic in the real world in poor HIV rural south!

In Indian context does lipodystrophy treat is available, this problem is very common among the people those who are on ART more than five years and general people easily identify them by face that they are AIDS patient however same with me since I on ART about a decade. Indeed we are facing high stigma by general people because lipodystrophy. So my humble request is that if you provide me the information about the treatment in India would be very helpful the large community. Thanks
