HIV SINCE 1995

I can see adherence being no problem as long as everything remains constant. What about vacations? A two week cruise for example where clinic visit should happen in the middle of the cruise? Natural disasters. I have enough pills to last about 30 days post disaster, but if an injection date passes it could mean trouble. Plus, I'm on about 10 other medications all of which are pills - picking up my HIV meds does not require an extra trip to the pharmacy.
