If "U=U" what's the message to PrEP users entering monogamous relationships with Undetectable partners? If it's "Best to keep using PrEP" then the health messages seem contradictory. I'm just trying to figure out where we are all at. 3 decades of unfair HIV/AIDS stigma mixed with genuine concern for our "negative" partners, puts an odd spin on these changes in the HIV-impacted landscape.
