Unfortunately Ms. Fisher you are correct, America has not listened. All the horrors of HIV so prevalent in 1992 have only grown, if not in number then most certainly in social relevance. We have seen "Betty Ford Republicans" trash the programs that benefitted so many. The money needed has trickled down to nothing. Sonoma, Ca. like Sedona, Az. despite per capita income far above avg. has lost its funding thru Republican cost cutting. We Americans eat our own and pick our teeth with their bones.
