I would like to see this law pass nationally, as it would only make sense to treat those with chronic pain and other disorders with a natural substance that is without side effects. It would benefit society to decriminalize it and make it available at a standardized price which in essence would benefit our countrys' deficit.
Since about 1988 the FDA, RX product, Marinol, has been available; shortly after that the DEA reclassed it as C-III, meaning it was refillable and could be phoned in by the prescriber. Every dose is equivalent to every other dose and bioequivalence is precise... by definition it's the far better form of delta-9-tetrahydracannibol -- so why the desire for a smoke-able form which is unpredictable in dose delivery and bio uptake? Besides, Marinol is.... is legal in all 5 states!
i think that it there some thing out there that can help with the pain or other thing the god love poeple need to think of that not it a drug ect

Good for D.C. Michigan has a program that allows for possession but does not have any distribution. Maybe we'll take notice.
Suddenly, that farm I was looking at upstate last year is looking better and better. I think I've found my purpose in Life! I think I'll grow marijuana for a living! But it's in DC, right? Anyone know any good farmland for sale in Maryland? And I'd put some cabins on it to accomodate the "guests" Do you think anyone would want to spend a weekend Horseback Riding on a Marijuana Farm? Plantation?
if the doctors and other could just be in our place they will see what it is not to eat the nause that also go along with it i have been sick for 22 yrs and thanks to GOD he keeps me going. the president needs to do someting all over the U.S.

Alcohol causes more destruction than all illegal drugs combined...I can't believe this is such an issue. People involved in the criminal justice system may not go for it. How many people are in jail for non-violent crimes that were mj related? I'ts crazy...I see brain damage in alcoholics all the time...I guess that is just fine. Marinol works....but when? One hour, two hours, three hours after taking it? You cannot control it. MJ you can, a few puffs and relief is available. Legalize it!!
