It is interesting to me, the former Program Manager for the SF EMA HIV Health Services Planning Council for 5.5 years and now a current Council Member of that planning council, that Mr. Petrelis never attended any of the year plus meetings between the two planning councils, about the topic of merger/consolidation. Unfortunately for me, every situation I have ever seen him in devolves into a self centered rant about himself and does not help the needs of people with HIV/AIDS anymore.
