NEVER give your name for an HIV test! Home testing is available and eliminates such useless surveillance. Trust destroyed in this way will never be regained, nor will the progess made in the arena of getting people to believe what their health departments tell them regarding disease and prevention. People might think twice before using partner notification and delay treatment out of fear.
