This is such outrageous and destructive behavior by a group of UN member countries, yet there seems to be little reaction from those individuals and organizations tasked to prevent homophobic and anti-IDU attitudes from limiting the effectiveness of UNAIDS and PEPFAR programs in those countries. What are MSMGM and US delegations doing to confront these UN members that refuse to admit that their policies against gays and IDUs are actually counterproductive in ending the HIV epidemic??
