I am missing STRs for HBV therapy alone but also for coinfected with HIV: It is said, that combination of TDF/TAF plus Entecavir could be beneficiary over mono therapies - so why not combining them in one pill? And why not adding FTC as a third agent in the absence of FTC/3TC resistance - that would make three nukleo(s)(t)id analogues in one pill. And for the coinfected with Truvada/Descovy Backbone: Why not adding Entecavir to their STR in one pill e.g. Biktarvy plus Entecavir in one pill.
