Maybe one day we will have H.I.V bars ,no positive people allowed,if that is what it takes to keep people from being prosecuted, the stigma of being H.I.V is still so bad i still won’t tell my closest friends, since some people consider us lepors ,maybe we could only associate and socialize with each other without judgement, I can’t believe how other gay people are so judgemental, but i do live in Oklahoma.

So, intent is key, but what if a person actually CONTRACTS HIV from someone who did not disclose their status but who didn’t intend to infect another person. Would it be “stigmatizing” to prosecute him? Are we still allowed to prosecute assault?

I guess we also need to decriminalized pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger when that person knows the gun is empty of all ammunition, since there is no danger at all of transmitting a deadly bullet to the victim. This is no different.
