A television advertisement by the New Zealand AIDSFoundation was found to be “inoffensive” by the country's Advertising StandardsAuthority, stuff.co.nz reports. The authority chairman said the ad carries animportant health message. 

According to the article, the officials were responding tocomplaints from viewers, who said the ad was “offensive, unacceptable andbreached decency.” Others said airing “sexual content” at 8:25 p.m. was inappropriate. 

The ad depicts four condom-covered fingers dancing togetherto a song with the lyrics, “You want me to be wanting you, to be wanting me.” Anaked finger joins the others, but they stop dancing until the fifth fingeralso wears a condom.
