New Zealand has done wonderfully well by lifting the ban on HIV positive people, this shows that the country fully understands what human dignity is all about. Just want to call on other countries who are yet to lift the ban to do so. HIV is not contagious or air borned disease. More so PLHIV can still impact humanity.

Great news thought i'm still confused on this one... If HIV is no longer a disqualifying factor for visa applications then why do persons intending on staying in the country longer than 12 months still require a HIV test?
