A group in Kenya, Moonlight Voluntary Counseling and Testing Services, has been providing HIV tests at night, offering an alternate approach for those people who are hesitant to get tested during the day for fear of being identified.

Over the last three days, about 170 people have shown up for tests, many of them men. Of those women who were tested, 98 percent were commercial sex workers.

The test organizers plan to expand the night testing to nearby regions to encourage more people to learn their status.
