It’s been reported several times that a person who has HIV in North Korea may be “euthanized” without the knowledge or consent of the patient. Obviously this is state sanctioned murder and nothing else, regardless of any “nicer” label applied to the vile practice. This is how Kim Jong Un can claim “no HIV” in N Korea! Evil murderous bastards!
