I hired a professional nutritionist this past year for four sessions (over a period of 6 - 9 months), and found the money I spent to be well worth it! The counseling I got was very helpful in getting me to adjust my diet towards more health specifically in the are of reducing BMI, managing A1C, and ending my long-term diagnosis of "pre-diabetic."
