I can say this, NYC alone has billions for housing for HIV+ individuals. The ASO's did not help me in any way, i lost my apartment and wasn't able to get medication for years because none of the ASO's returned calls. When i finally enrolled in a program the caseworker did nothing as I became homeless and went without treatment. But the case worker came to my apartment once a month for no reason at all. ADAP applications have to go through the ASO's and I couldn't even get the proper forms.
