well i am very surprised at Governor Paterson..I always look up to him and respect him, but i'm totally surprised that he feels he has to think about this issue..this is not a brainer, it's a must.Really, what is there to think about.? Don't you think there are enough homeless people in New Yourk and everywhere else..Stop the nonsense and please do what you have to do for your people. The second in which you became Governor, we became your people..Help us, Dont crucify us for being HIV+
