I am an HIV+ man with "AIDS" and am also an economist. I'd like to know where the city health department is getting their stats from. Sounds incredibly hard to get a rough estimate of the TRUE number of poz people who are out there; essentially what are the methodolgy used to postualte this hypothesis?
